Since 1977, T.H.E. Inc. has been providing the Middle East Region with professional services in the field of Architecture, Planning, and Civil Engineering.

The objectives of the firm were broadened to provide their high standards of A&E services and state-of-the-art research in planning and architecture to both the United States and the Middle East markets.

 

To support this international objective, a branch office in L.A. was established in 1988 to bridge these two regions.

 

T.H.E Inc. has enjoyed a broad experience of projects in architecture and civil engineering.

The firm has extended its services to include urban planning and construction management. There is a great pride in their experience of conducting a wide variety of projects with the highest standards of professionalism.

The three partners. earned their architectural and civil engineering degrees from Cairo University.

In addition, Engineer Essam Fathy has an advanced degree in Construction Management from the American University in Cairo.

Tarik and Hisham Fathy have received their Ph.D.'s in Planning from the University of Southern California.
